got it not sure what I did maybe when I unzipped I didnt unzip it all but now it works.

ill try the addons again but I did download it the day you announced the grass addon but let me give it another shot.

hmm grassnode sample I get an error. T_irrGrassPatchSceneNode does not exist

added new grassnode sample. please download gg.IrrAddons release 2006/1/27 or later.

i think it has to be something with the texture and how its made. i found a post talking about how to create the textures in order to use that transparency type. if you use the other textures you see that the clouds work. we just need to get a texture format that works with the transparency level.

no luck on the cloud one, I went to irrlicht's forum where I originally saw that cloud post and at the very end it says that it doesnt seem to work in the newest version of irrlicht.
