ALso there needs to be some form of lighting, easest way is to add

cube.setMaterialFlag(EMF_LIGHTING,False)

Just before you load in the texture for the cube

For some reason win32maxgui no longer imports the event queue??????????? so you need to add

Import brl.eventqueue

to the imports

Im going to ask at BRL (well Ill probably search first)
